
Rain Khoo, Consultant
Rain is an innovator whose passion lies in combining disciplines to create original solutions that balance human dignity and business objectives. His consultancy is most impactful with clients who are committed to creating equitable work environments and societies.
With over 20 years of experience, he has held management roles and worked across APAC, China, European and US markets in the areas of Home Goods, Babycare, Consumer Healthcare & Functional Foods. At 34, Rain was the youngest Creative Director at P&G Asia, sought after for his work on market and human insight. He then left to build and manage Mothercare eCommerce in 3 territories, while creating multiple parenting brands, including Snapkis and Loveamme.
Rain has led multiple partnerships, programmes and training between private, public and social sectors to deliver social impact. He is also an advocate for minorities. As a speaker, he has spoken at General Assembly, Dive In Festival, INSEAD, TEDx, the LEGO Group, Google, and others. He possesses expertise in gender, LGBTQ+, disability and neurodiversity inclusion.
In the area of disability, he conducts workplace training with SG Enable, Singapore’s focal agency for disability, and helps develop Special Olympics APAC’s Unified Leadership for workplace inclusion of intellectual disability. He serves as an advisor to Saira, a consultancy and recruiter with a focus on disability talent.
While Rain has worked with multiple organisations on LGBTQ+ inclusion, in his community capacity, he works on the destigmatisation and inclusion of the transgender community in Singapore. TransgenderSG is an organisation that he co-founded with others in 2017, to address the lack of transparent information for transition.
Rain serves as a mentor at Singapore’s Management University’s Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He has been certified as a management consultant with TÜV SÜD and holds a certification for D&I from the ESSEC Business School. In 2025, he was certified as an AI Ethicist with the Oxford Saïd Business School.

Dirk Luyten, Senior Consultant
Dirk is a thought leader in diversity and performance with extensive experience in strategic consulting, having contributed to academic research and publications in this field. He brings a unique perspective combining business strategy with diversity initiatives. Dirk was a key contributor to the framework described in the book “Beyond D&I: Leading Diversity with Purpose and Inclusiveness”, authored by Kay Formanek and published by Palgrave in 2021.
For more than 20 years, Dirk was Managing Partner at Arthur D. Little and Partner at Accenture based in Brussels, Madrid and Tokyo. During those years, he focused on Consumer Goods and Retail. He worked for clients in all areas of Research, Development and Innovation, large-scale technology transformations and M&A. Dirk moved to Singapore in 2022, bringing all of his extensive experience from Europe and the Middle East to the Asian market.
He served as Chair and Member of various Boards in Belgium. He chaired the Board of United Fund for Belgium, a non-profit organisation supporting and funding projects in the area of social integration across Belgium. Finally, he was also Member of the Board of Women on Board in Belgium, with a specific focus on the collaboration with INSEAD. Dirk remains active as Coach to Women Entrepreneurs in Belgium.
Dirk maintains strong INSEAD ties as former President of the INSEAD Alumni Association of Belgium (2014-2017), Founding Member of the Executive Committee of the INSEAD Alumni Association Global Women in Business Club, Executive Member of the Belgian Chapter of the IAA Women in Business Club, Board Member for the “Business for Good Fundraising Campaign”, Sponsor of the INSEAD Gender Diversity Research Fund and many speaking, debating and facilitating activities around Diversity and Performance. He has also advised the former Dean of INSEAD on various strategic matters.
Dirk completed his Master Degree in Law (LLM) and Graduate Degree in Economics at the State University of Ghent in Belgium, both with Honors and obtained his MBA from INSEAD (MBA89J). He also holds from INSEAD the LEAP Certificate (Leadership Excellence through Awareness and Practice), the IDP-C Certificate (International Director Program) and the Online Certificate for “Digital Strategy”. In July, 2021, he obtained from INSEAD the Advanced Certificate in Corporate Governance. He is an Accredited Director at the Singapore Institute of Directors.
