SQ 21 Book Launch, Singapore
Our Founder Rain Khoo’s personal life story was featured in an art-book SQ21, a compilation of stories from Singapore Queer Families in the 21st Century. It was launched in several installations across Proud Spaces, the Mandala Club and the Book Bar from July – Aug 2026.

Special Olympics Asia Pacific Regional Athlete Congress 2026
Special Olympics is the world’s largest organisation for the inclusion of persons with intellectual and development disabilities. In Asia-Pacific, they reach 700,000 athletes. We designed this year’s Congress programme to enable their athlete leaders to achieve the bold vision of identifying the gaps in SDG 3,4 & 8, and giving voice to their recommendations of systemic issues of what needs to be fixed.

Company of Good Award, Singapore
Dignitea was awarded as a Company of Good (3-Hearts) from the years 2026-2028 for our work in social impact. This is a national-level programme administered by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre. The guest of honour for the commencement was Ms. Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth & Ministry of Trade and Industry.

CoreNet Global is the premier association for corporate real estate professionals, and the only one capable of convening the entire industry. We were part of their facilitating panel to deepen their practice of holding safe spaces for diversity to be supported in the industry.

UNGCNS MSME Day 2026, Singapore
At the Un Global Compact Network Singapore’s MSME Day, Dignitea was one of the four speakers who debated whether corporate interventions are driving better outcomes for workplace gender equity.

Singapore Leaders Network, Singapore
As part of the SGLN Launchpad Ignite Leadership Module, we delivered a full-day workshop on Leading with Cultural Flexibility. Participants engaged in experiential simulations and case studies to uncover how culture influences leadership, communication, decision-making, and more. The programme focused on building practical adaptation skills for inclusive, cross-cultural leadership.

Our consultant Rain Khoo was appointed as a committee member of the Dutch Chamber’s People & Culture Committee. This committee is a hub for those passionate about topics such as talent development, mental well-being, inclusive leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and purposeful work. We were delighted to have spoken on creating inclusive workplaces for trans and non-binary colleagues at Out & Equal’s APAC online forum, titled Invisible No More: Amplifying Trans and Non-Binary Voices!

Sharing at SMU
Dignitea participated in an experience sharing session at the Singapore Management University-Singapore Institute of Directors’ Director Accreditation Programme. The topic was on “Governing the Financial and Strategic Performance of Boards”.

We had a dialogue with employees at DOW in an in-person fireside at the intersection of mental wellness, disability and Pride. We spoke about overcoming personal barriers and the difficulty of balancing self and other interests.

Training at Special Olympics Asia-Pacific
We worked with Special Olympics athletes, staff and volunteers to create this workshop for inclusive employment of persons with intellectual disabilities. We’re looking forward to seeing it rolled out in the region.

Unconscious Biases in India
Dignitea works on India – as the world’s most populous country, India has great potential for inclusion work. This year, we will conduct a series of Unconscious Bias workshops, understanding what biases come into play for regional differences, age and gender, and ways to mitigate biases, even when there are high power differences.

General Assembly
General Assembly has an annual event – Made in Singapore, which spotlights local issues during the national day period. We were invited to be a panellist for “From Stereotypes to Strengths: Embracing Diversity and Inclusion in Singapore”, where we spoke about inclusive actions that SMEs can take, and what courageous leadership looks like in a diverse society.
