Aniket Khanvilkar leads Business Development for India and Singapore at Dignitea, partnering with organisations to advance inclusive leadership, workplace culture, and people-centred transformation. He brings more than 10 years of experience across enterprise sales, corporate solutions, learning and development, regulatory compliance, diversity and inclusion, across multiple industries.
Before joining Dignitea, Aniket held senior growth and client relationship roles with Complykaro Services, Rainmaker Online Training Solutions, India Diversity Forum, Magicbricks, OYO, FabHotels, and 99acres. Across these roles, he has built revenue pipelines, led high-performing teams, developed strategic partnerships, and engaged CXOs, CHROs, HR, L&D, OD, and legal leaders on solutions that address organisational priorities. His work has included DEIB membership and sponsorship development, enterprise account management, and the launch and scaling of new business verticals. In 2024, he received the Brand Sutra Award, presented in association with the World Marketing Congress, for his outstanding contributions at Complykaro.

Aniket holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indira School of Marketing (Pune). He obtained his Bachelor of Science in IT from the Vidyalankar School of IT (Mumbai).
