Hu Tianying, Consultant & Strategic Partner
Hu Tianying is a CFO, Founder and trains CFOs and accounting professionals to use AI responsibly.
Hu Tianying is a chartered accountant, tax strategist, and technology builder who brings over 30 years of hands-on finance and accounting experience to her role as an AI trainer at Dignitea. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ISCA), FCCA, Accredited Tax Advisor for both Income Tax and GST, and holds a Master of Taxation from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) — credentials that give her authority few AI trainers in the accounting space can match.
Her training approach is grounded in what she has already built and deployed. As CFO of an regional finance BPO group spanning Singapore, Vietnam, and India, Tianying has personally architected custom accounting platforms, implemented Power BI for real-time financial reporting, and embedded automation through VBA, Python, and Google Apps Script into live operational workflows. Most recently, she has been developing AI-enhanced compliance systems designed to produce XBRL-ready outputs — bringing practitioner rigour to a space still largely theoretical for many trainers.
Tianying has also led and conducted training throughout her career, including GST, personal, and corporate tax seminars for professionals and non-accountants across multiple sectors. At Sheow Management Services, she spent nearly three decades conducting workshops specifically designed to make complex financial concepts accessible to non-finance professionals — a skill that translates directly into effective AI upskilling for accounting teams
Her current work at 3v3.ai Pte Ltd, where she serves as Co-Founder, reflects her conviction that the future of finance lies in the intelligent integration of human expertise with AI systems. She trains accounting and finance professionals not just to use AI tools, but to understand how AI can be responsibly embedded into tax advisory, financial reporting, compliance, and CFO-level decision-making — with precision, governance, and strategic foresight.
