Sajju Jain, CXO Trainer
Sajju Jain is Entrepreneur, Mentor and AI Advisor to Senior Leadership
Sajju started at eighteen, teaching himself to assemble computers and running his first company from a garage in Bengaluru.
He serves on the global board of directors for the Harvard Alumni Association as Regional Director for Asia Pacific, is the former President of the Harvard Club of Bengaluru, and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and Stanford, alongside an MBA from the University of Iowa.
Since 2021, he has focused his practice on AI, working directly with senior leaders to use AI for their most important decisions, with a clear eyed view of what it can do and what it cannot. His authority comes from three decades of making exactly these kinds of decisions himself across several globally recognised mission driven organisations. As Regional Business Manager at d.light, he built the company’s distribution network across West and South India. As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Embrace Innovations, he helped build the manufacturing operation behind its life saving infant warmers. As Chief Operating Officer at Sisu Global Health, he led the market rollout of its surgical blood recovery device across Kenya, Ghana and Ukraine. The innovations developed by these organisations have been featured by the Wall Street Journal, 60 Minutes, The Economist, Forbes and the BBC.
Today, he splits his time between mentoring founders around the world and leading executive AI sessions for Harvard’s alumni community across Asia Pacific and for corporate C-suites. His aim is simple: to help leaders get this technology right, because the decisions they make with it now will shape their organisations and the economy for years to come.
