STAGE 2 | Stakeholder Requirements
STAGE 3 | Organisational Performance

Gender & Sexuality

Learn to differentiate between topics of gender and sexuality, and why generations have different understandings.

Allyship

Learn about discrimination against LGBTQ+ persons, and what acceptance and support looks like. Practice fluency with how to respectfully address exclusionary behaviours at your workplace.

Biases & Stereotypes

The definitions of gender and sexuality is changing rapidly. We hold on to stereotypes due to a lack of exposure to emerging cultural norms, and unconscious biases with different values. Discover how they surface at the workplace.

Team-Building

This training is generous with interactive activities! Practice with realistic workplace scenarios and come with the questions you hesitate to ask your LGBTQ+ colleagues.

Enable your Organisation to effectively support their LBGTQ+ colleagues and communities.

This workshop is developed for Asian workplaces, where LGBTQ+ issues are treated with a “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” approach. It is sensitively conducted to hold space for different opinions.
