From Knowing to Doing

Most programmes stop at concepts.
We take participants from understanding AI to using it to complete their tasks today.

Prompting Skills

Participants learn how to get high-quality and reliable outputs using structured prompts, context-setting and role assignment, as well as output formatting and refinement techniques.

Spot AI Opportunities

They will learn a simple repeatable framework to identify tasks suitable for AI, across emails, proposals, memos, creating reports, presentations, summaries, etc. Identify high-impact use cases in their own roles.

Responsible Use

We ensure that adoption is safe and sustainable. The training helps participants to understand AI limitations and errors, and knowing how to validate or intervene.

Our Approach

To ensure clear understanding of AI in the workplace, we first understand how your organisation works, to develop a repeatable method to identify productivity opportunities.

DIAGNOSE YOUR ORGANISATION

CUSTOMISE FOR YOUR WORKFLOWS

We tailor exercises and use cases to reflect real internal processes and tools—ensuring participants work on relevant tasks such as reporting, communication, and documentation.

DELIVER WITH HANDS-ON PRACTICE

We conduct highly interactive workshops focused on hands-on execution, where participants actively build, test, and refine AI-driven solutions for their own daily work tasks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this an awareness session??

No—this programme is designed for hands-on application. Participants actively use AI tools and leave with outputs they can immediately apply at work.

What tools will be used during training?

The workshop is platform-agnostic and can be aligned to your organisation’s approved AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Canva etc).

Do participants need to prepare anything?

That’s up to you. They can do some homework to bring a real, non-confidential task to work on, ensuring maximum relevance and immediate value.

Will this be relevant across departments?

Yes—the training focuses on common administrative and cognitive tasks that exist across functions, making it highly applicable organisation-wide.
